SchoolOS is a separate, private space for enrolled families, kept apart from these public marketing pages. Parent sign-in, child records, academic pathways and transcripts are built here, not on the open website.

What SchoolOS will hold
Portal access opens to enrolled families as the academy completes its parent and staff account phase. Until then, admissions runs through the application and founder meeting, and no student records are stored on the public site.
Parent sign-in
One account per parent or guardian, verified by email, with password reset and secure sessions. No shared logins, no passcodes sent by text.
Your children, your records
Each parent account sees only its own children. Student records are never listed publicly and never appear on the marketing pages of this site.
Academic pathways
Course plans, advisor reviews, and progress records will live here as the academy moves into the 2027-28 school year.
Transcripts and exports
Families will be able to export their own records in a form a school, district, or college can accept.
Access
How families get in
Portal accounts are issued to the parent or guardian on an active enrollment, and staff accounts are issued separately with their own review permissions. Ask us during your meeting if you want to be part of the first portal group.
